We make every effort to provide full details and accurate images for all of our products. If you have any questions about a product please contact us. Colours and textures don't always show well on photographs and screens will present them differently.

Please order a swatch if you're unsure about a fabric as unfortunately we do not refund cut fabric, cut haberdashery items and cut trims as they are cut to customers measurements per order.

Unused and unopened products which have not been cut to order can be returned in their original condition within 28 days at the cost of the customer paying for return postage. 

We package our items carefully and use the best couriers possible, as such we are confident that all items we send will reach our customers in perfect condition. However, if an item does arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us by email within 2 working days of receiving and we can arrange for a replacement if possible or a refund. 

Products should be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds (where applicable)

Cut fabric, haberdashery items and trims will not be refunded unless faulty as they are cut to order. Used items will not be refunded unless there is a fault with the product. Digital products cannot be refunded.

For all other refunds once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to confirm if a refund will be paid.

Assuming a refund is to be made it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
